Book your Aquatic Fitness & Yoga classes with
Aquatic Fitness & Yoga classes are taught on a Stand-up Paddle Board (SUP) to deliver the benefits of core stabilization and the challenge of instability. During this class you will experience a combination of dynamic, flowing yoga sequences with low-impact, high-intensity workouts to build flexibility, strength, balance, endurance and overall fitness.
- Classes are 60 minutes in length.
- Open to all levels of practitioners.
- 18+ years of age required. Ability to swim unassisted.
- Wear supportive clothing you don’t mind getting wet.
