Coach Chris has 10 years of competitive swimming experience and has been coaching for 5. He is finishing his B.A. in Strength and Conditioning at UCCS and will be pursuing the CSCS certification following graduation in May 2018. Chris has a passion for all things related to health and fitness, and took up weightlifting after he stopped swimming. He is always looking for the opportunity to expand his knowledge and enjoys integrating exercises and drills from a variety of training modalities. During his free time, Chris enjoys working out, snowboarding, playing video games, and visiting the Bear Creek Dog Park with his dog Finn.
