Water Babies (B)

Ages 6 months to 3 years. This is a beginner class that takes a non-aggressive approach to introducing the water.  A parent or other adult is required to get in the water with child as we sing songs and play games.  The main goal of the class is to achieve comforatability and a fun experience for the child while teaching additional skills when they are ready. This is a fun class that is often just as enjoyable for the parents as for the child.

Ages 3 to 5 years, 3:1 student to instructor ratio. These classes are designed for younger children and focus on comfortability in the water along with teaching movement and breathing while swimming.

Level 1 (P1) -

The main goal of this class is to establish independence by putting eyes and face in water with bubble blowing.  They will also be working on floating on their own.  In these classes, it is common for tears.  Our staff is well trained in working with fearful or hesitant children and in helping then learn to love the water.

Level 2 (P2) -

By the end of this class, they will be able to move through the water with strong arms and kicks.  They will also learn how to consistently take a breath in the middle of their swim.

Elementary (E)

Ages 6 years and older, 3:1 student to instructor ratio. These classes are similar to our 'P' classes in curriculum, but are focused more on an older age group.  The goals of these classes are complete comfortability in the water, consistent movement with arms and legs and efficient breathing.

Stroke (S)

Ages 4 years and older, 4:1 student to instructor ratio. These classes start introducing and teaching proper and more efficient stroke techniques. Breaststroke and butterfly will also be covered along with other skills that will help prepare for swim team.

Level 1 (S1) -

In this level, the child will learn side breathing on freestyee and will begin the kick for breaststroke and butterfly.  This level also begins to teach diving, a common favorite to show family and friends.

Level 2 (S2) -

Special Needs & Individuals with Disabilities

On our staff, we have individuals who are trained and have experience teaching children with a variety of disabilities.  If you are interested in lessons for someone with special needs, please contact us and we would love to find the best fit to help them experience the joy of the water.

Adult Lessons

We offer adult lessons for any level, ranging from those who have a fear of the water to individuals who are interested in swimming for fitness.  The lessons are typically taught in a private lesson format with highly trained instructors prepared to meet the adult at whatever level.

Private & Semi-Private Lessons

We understand that some kids work better with individual instruction, therefore, on top of our group lessons, private and semi-private lessons are available upon request.
