  • YOGA
  • An invigorating full-body flow coordinating movement with breath to flow from one posture to the next.

    $20 Drop-in | $10 M.A.P. holder per class

  • SPIN & INDOOR CYCLING
  • Spin: an indoor cycling workout with varying levels of speed and resistance choreographed to music.

    Indoor Cycling: a fun and challenging class on the stationary bikes. Whether you ride inside or out, this class will focus on improving your overall cardiovascular fitness through organized and interval-based cycling workouts. All levels are welcome!

  • HIIT
  • A total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. Short intervals of all-out work followed by short periods of active rest designed to tone your body and improve endurance. Modifications for all fitness levels are provided.

  • CORE & MORE
  • A fun and energetic workout focusing on improving strength to the CORE muscles (hips, glutes, abs, and lower back) as well as improving balance, posture, and functional movement. A variety of equipment will be used in this class, such as the TRX, dumbbells, medicine balls, and body weight. The format will also vary to include intervals, ladders, super-sets and more! Modifications will be shown and all levels are welcome!

  • AQUATIC FITNESS & YOGA (Stand-up Paddle Board)
  • Aquatic Fitness & Yoga classes are taught on a Stand-Up Paddle Board (SUP) to deliver the benefits of core stabalization and the challenge of instability. During this class you will experience a combination of dynamic, flowing yoga sequences with low-impact, high-intesity workouts to build flexibility, strength, balance, endurance and overall fitness. Classes are 60 minutes in length and open to all levels of practitioners. Aquatic Fitness & Yoga is a great compliment to your existing fitness regime or for starting a new one.
    Requirements: 18+ years of age. Ability to swim unassisted.
    What to Wear: Supportive clothing you don’t mind getting wet in.

    Class Packages: $90 for 5 classes | $160 for 10 classes
